Create Your Own Custom Fused Glass Sheets!
In this 4-week hands-on workshop, you'll explore advanced glass fusing techniques to create one-of-a-kind kiln-formed vessels. Strengthen your technical skills, expand your design capabilities, and experiment with frits, powders, stringers, and accessory glasses to produce custom sheets and components. These elements will then be cut and reassembled into a beautiful slumped vessel.
Instructor: Malcom Potek
Malcom has over 35 years of experience in Kiln and Torch work, come learn tips and tricks for glass fusing from a pro!
What You’ll Learn & Create:
✔ Glass Fusing Techniques – Explore striking and reactive colors in the kiln
✔ Custom Sheet Production – Design and create your own unique fused glass sheets
✔ Component Cutting & Assembly – Shape and arrange fused pieces into a final design
✔ Slumping & Coldworking – Transform your fused glass into a finished vessel
