At Potekglass, we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Shipping Carriers
We ship using Spee-Dee, UPS, and USPS within the United States, choosing the best carrier based on your location.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Spee-Dee pickups occur on Tuesdays and Fridays around 1 PM. Orders placed after these times will be processed on the next scheduled pickup day.
- We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed on those days will begin processing on Tuesday.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for domestic shipments, depending on the carrier and location.
Local Pickup
- Free local pickup is available at our studio in Northeast Minneapolis. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
- Pickup orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days, depending on our operating schedule.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@potekglass.com or 612-281-7243. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
