At Potekglass, we're committed to ensuring you have a great experience with our products and services. Please review our updated return and refund policies below.

Product Purchases

  • All Sales Final: All purchases made in-store and online are final, including art supplies, tools, and custom orders. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a sale is completed.

Class Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Free Cancellations: Cancel your class registration for a full refund if you notify us 31 days or more before the scheduled class date.
  • Rescheduling Fee: For cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the class date, a $55 rescheduling fee applies. This fee allows you to apply your original payment as credit toward a future class.
  • Multi-Session Courses: For longer courses, cancellations and rescheduling require 30 days' notice. If canceled within 30 days, the rescheduling fee applies.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be used toward any class, supplies, or services offered at Potekglass.
